- Make sure your working space(s) are equipped and comfortable.
- Take regular breaks for enriching your day e.g. for a walk, run or exercises, or listening to music, or schedule a coffee/tea break and chat with a friend.
- Try to schedule your intake of news and social media if you find it difficult to detach yourself from them.
- Connect with your colleagues in ways that best suit you and your team. I suggest some ways you can do this in my post on Building Trust in Remote Environments.
- Practice self-care e.g. establish boundaries that work for you.
